Description

Tim Holtz Distress Oxide Ink Pads are 3" x 3" raised felt ink pads full of a blend of water-reactive dye and pigment ink that creates an oxidising effect when sprayed with water.

 

Suitable for use in a variety of scrapbooking, card making, and art journalling applications these pigment-dye fusions are perfect for us on a range of porous surfaces. Compared to Distress Inks, these Oxides are more opaque and will appear brighter in colour when used on dark/kraft coloured papers. Distress Oxides are also slower to dry but will blend with a soft creamy texture with foam or blending brushes.

 

These inks are also suitable for use with heat embossing or watercolour techniques.
