Shipping & Returns

All our supplies are shipped from, The Old Auction House, a bricks and mortar store in Kyneton, Macedon Ranges. Please ensure you include your mobile number so we are able to contact you if required.

All staff are taking all precautions to ensure that you are able to safely receive your orders. If you have any concerns please email us or phone us on 03 5422 2047.



We can ship to virtually any address in Australia. Note that there are restrictions on some products that must be shipped by Australia Post land mail only.

We endeavour to have orders picked and booked for collection, or lodged at the post office within 2 days, excluding weekends. A tracking number will be added to your order and you can follow the progress of your parcel online. Free collection for those in the Macedon Ranges you will be emailed when your order has been picked and is ready to be collected. Please note that due to congestion and reduced staff numbers at Australian Post and courier companies shipping at this time may be delayed once it leaves our store.


Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll pay the return shipping costs where the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within fourteen days of the item arriving at our premises, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes time for us to receive your return and to process your return once we receive it, as well as the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Waste Reduction:

We try our best to minimize packaging waste, while still sending your goodies safely! Postage boxes are uncoated cardboard & mail bags are compostable. Most bubblewrap and packaging in your parcel has been upcycled (from deliveries we receive in the precinct!) and is sourced as green as we are able to.

All care is taken in packing your order, but please let us know as soon as your receive your parcel if anything went wrong in the post.
