Tim Holtz Distress Ink Pads are 3" x 3" raised felt ink pads full of water based, fade resistant, dye inks in a large range of colours.
The special formulation of these inks allows you to create aged effects on porous surfaces including papers and card, making them perfect for scrapbooking, card making, and art journalling. The inks will react with water while maintaining their color integrity.
Suitable for use in a variety of scrapbooking, card making, and art journalling applications these dye inks are perfect for us on a range of porous surfaces. Compared to Distress Oxides, these Distress Inks are more transparent and but appear brighter in colour when used on white coloured papers. Distress Inks are also quicker to dry but will blend with a streaky manner with foam or blending brushes.
These inks are also suitable for use with heat embossing or watercolour techniques.
