Sculpey Glazes are used to create a sealed smooth desired glaze finish when applied to baked/cured polymer clay.

Available in gloss and satin finishes.

The Gloss Glaze adds a shiny protective layer on cured polymer creations increasing durability.

The Satin Glaze provides a matte finish when applied to cured polymer creations and can also be used as a primer for painting and decorative work e.g. Before applying metal leaf and glitter.

*Please note: Glaze bottles should be stirred gently and thoroughly (not shaken) and tested on painted surface before use. For best results it is recommended 2-3 thin coats are applied, with 30 minutes allowed for drying between each coat application.

If glaze is too thick, a couple of drops of water can be added to help thin the glaze mixture and then gently stirred – it is recommended that the bottle is left to sit for approximately 1 hour before use if water is added.
