These Artist grade German made soft rubber brayers (rollers) have a hardwood handle and nickel plated iron attachments with a 5mm thick rubber over an aluminium core making them a strong and sturdy roller.

They have a larger 50mm diameter meaning your get more ink per roll while the rubber is a medium density rubber over a aluminium core making it have a lovely give in it while still being rigid. This medium density makes it hold a nice layer of ink while not being as soft as to gunk up your carvings or so hard as to give you roller lines if your brayer is not larger than your lino block.

The rollers come in 5 sizes; 9mm, 20mm, 60mm, 150mm, 200mm and are 50mm diameter with 5mm thickness of rubber. 

The 9mm and 20mm can be laid on their side when inked and not in use and are perfect for getting a painterly effect or to ink small sections of a block. The 60mm 150mm and 200mm rollers can be set upside down on the metal rests between use and to keep the rollers out of the ink and are perfect for everyday use and also suitable for other techniques such as large rainbow rolls.

Like all rollers don't soak them after use as this can make the rubber warp, or rest the roller on the rubber roller
