This battleship grey lino is hessian backed and suitable for use in relief printing with oil or water based inks. Carving easily with well sharpened tools the lino will snap off at the end of each stroke leaving a neat break. Sheets can be cut to size or shaped with a craft knife or scissors. Lino sheets are suitable for mounting to blocks for more stability when printing or can be used as is.
A light sanding of the lino surface is recommened to allow for ink to hold on the plate better.
The sheets come precut to 3 sizes: 150 x 150, 300 x 300, 450 x 450
